Every reconditioned saddlebag in our inventory has been hand-inspected by Ray, fully repaired, and fitted with a Leather Lid Insert Kit before being made available for sale. These are not rough used bags — these are bags brought back to life.
Ray’s Reconditioning Process
- Full inspection of leather condition and structural integrity
- Repair or replacement of worn belt straps and buckles
- Hardware inspection and replacement as needed
- Leather Lid Insert Kit installed — shape restored and held firm
- Final quality check before listing
